Partnership extended with the Long Eaton Sunday League
Euro Soccer Company are proud to announce that the sponsorship agreement with the Long Eaton Sunday League has been extended for a minimum of 3 more years.
As part of the deal, the League sponsorship naming will remain as the ‘Euro Soccer Long Eaton Sunday League’.
League chairman Ian Conway commented “The League are delighted to have secured another three year Sponsorship Agreement with Euro Soccer Company, following the successful conclusion of a previous agreement in May 2022”.
"The LESL see this as a perfect partnership between a local company and a local football league who both share a common aim of providing support to local grassroots football Clubs".
What's included?
As part of the agreement, Euro Soccer will continue to run ‘Team of the Month’ prizes which will be awarded to a team that has produced the best results within the calendar month (providing their disciplinary record hasn’t raised major concern).
In addition to the Team of the month awards, Euro Soccer will continue to provide end of season fair play vouchers, goodie bags at the AGM, have agreed to provide the cup final match footballs free of charge as well as newly introduced 'Man of the Match awards' at the popular cup finals day. Company director Jordan Ruck commented "From both a sponsor and team perspective (secretary of Athletica FC) we were thrilled with the amount of effort that the League put in to our Harry Chilton cup final, so be adding these additional sponsorship contributions it helps to make it a special day for the clubs involved".
"The league has had a little bit of criticism of late, but they have demonstrated in recent months (especially with the 4 cup finals) that they're willing to take on board feedback from teams and we're wanting to support as much as we can to help make things run as successfully as possible".
“It's fair to say that the past few years has been very challenging for many grassroots teams and committee members. The Covid delays, amidst other issues such as player attendance, rocketing costs and pitch availability has proven to be too much for some teams. But, as a company we're committed to do 'our bit' so are more than happy to extend our agreement with the league."
