Delivery & Returns
**PLEASE READ PRIOR TO ORDERING**
(all goods are ordered in especially from Adidas's warehouse, so please make sure you are aware of our T&C's before purchasing - as our site is designed for B2B purchases)
There will be a minimum return charge of £5 per garment and £10 per winter coat applied if ordered incorrectly. The shipping back to Euro Soccer Company must also be paid for by the customer, unless there is a fault with the product.
Euro Soccer Company will then manage the return of the product back to Adidas's warehouse, providing the goods have been returned as new and are in the original packaging.
Delivery
Non Customised goods:
Please allow up to 10-14 days as goods are ordered in direct from Adidas's warehouse.
Printed goods:β
βPlease allow 4-5 weeks.
Embroidered goods:β
Please allow 4-5 weeks.

Returns
Non-Personalised Clothing:
Any item that has been ordered in from a branded supplier (All clothing) can be returned, however, the customer MUST withstand any restocking fees which may be charged by the supplier to take the item back. Minimum charge to restock an item with Stanno is £5 PER garment (£10 winter coats), this fee constitutes of a return delivery to Stanno and a handling fee passed on by Stanno once returned to the warehouse. We recommend all customers to order samples if they are unsure of sizing. As a large proportion of our goods are ordered in specifically for the customer and it is not possible for us to re-stock items. Euro Soccer Company will try and assist the customer as much as possible in regards to product sizing – however, should there be any costs involved in returning the item the fees must be paid by the customer (including re-stocking & delivery).
Personalised Clothing:
Euro Soccer Company CANNOT under normal circumstances accept any personalised items for a refund. This includes any printed items or embroidered garments.
Club Shop Orders:
Club shop orders are classified as personalised clothing, so unfortunately we cannot in any circumstance accept a return. Please seek sample sizing through club representative.
