Delivery & Returns

**PLEASE READ PRIOR TO ORDERING**

No garments are kept in direct stock at our premises due to the sheer range of product, colours and sizes. All options are stocked and supplied by Joma Sport (Spain), although stock levels can fluctuate due to demand.

Due to Brexit agreements items cannot be returned back to Spain (EU) so please make sure you are aware of our T&C's before purchasing - as our site is designed for B2B purchases.

If you have ordered the incorrect size, we may be able to accept a return of the goods at a cost of £5 per garment.

The shipping back to Euro Soccer Company must also be paid for by the customer, unless there is a fault with the product.

Non Customised goods:

Please allow up to 2 -3 weeks.

Printed goods:​

Returns

Non-Personalised Clothing:

Any item that has been ordered in from a branded supplier (All clothing) can be returned, however, the customer MUST withstand any restocking fees which may be charged by the supplier to take the item back. Minimum charge to restock an item with Joma is £5 PER garment (£10 winter coats), this fee constitutes of a return delivery to Joma and a handling fee passed on by Joma once returned to the warehouse. We recommend all customers to order samples if they are unsure of sizing. As a large proportion of our goods are ordered in specifically for the customer and it is not possible for us to re-stock items. Euro Soccer Company will try and assist the customer as much as possible in regards to product sizing – however, should there be any costs involved in returning the item the fees must be paid by the customer (including re-stocking & delivery).

Personalised Clothing:

Euro Soccer Company CANNOT under normal circumstances accept any personalised items for a refund. This includes any printed items or embroidered garments.
