Standard Delivery (3 - 4 working days)
Orders are sent by carrier at a cost as shown in the checkout process.
PLEASE NOTE ALL PARCELS WILL NEED A SIGNATURE.
Delivery is by carrier. Please check all boxes at time of delivery, if boxes are damaged please sign as damaged. We require notification of damaged or short delivery within 5 days of despatch. We cannot be held responsible for items where an attempted delivery has been made, if the courier returns the parcel to ourselves or re-delivers because no signature could be obtained. We will need to re-charge carriage costs to re-send/re-deliver. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Times
Stock items are usually despatched within 24 hours of order (Mon-Thurs) on a next working day delivery basis. Branded kits are usually despatched within 10 working days of order on a next working day delivery basis.
Payment
Mail order payments by credit card. All orders must be paid for in full at the time of order. Credit card payments must be authorised before despatch. Payments made by credit card will appear on statements as M3C Sports Supplies Ltd.
Returns
No printed items can be exchanged or returned under normal circumstances. All products must be returned in their original condition for our inspection. We rely on the customer to order the correct sizes and quanitites. Any costs involved in exchanging the product, provided it has been despatched correctly, must be paid by the customer.
Washing Advice
Always wash printed garments inside out. Always follow detergent manufacturers' instructions for removing heavy stains. We cannot be held responsible for discolouration or damage attributable to grass, mud stains or other activities. Never iron, tumble dry or dry clean garmets. All Nylon garments with printing, can only be hand washed or wiped clean, as detergent and heat will remove glue form transfers.
Refunds on non customised/printed items are available upto 7 days after purchase. Customers are liable for the returns cost of goods.
