Please allow the following lead times for Mainland UK delivery (please note, these times are only approximates based on previous orders – if you require definitive dates please contact us):

Kits/Clothing:

See product listings – Please add an additional week to the listed time for printing. If not stated please allow up to 3 weeks for non customised goods. Customisation lead times will vary so please contact us for a more accurate estimation.

For custom made clothing please allow even further time as products are made to order

Goals:

Harrod UK Goals – Lead time provided on request. All Harrod product returns are chargeable so please ensure you are ordering the correct product.

Plastic/Pop Up Goals – 3-4 working days (courier)

Deliveries outside of mainland UK may be considerably longer - Please contact us for delivery information for locations outside of Mainland UK if unsure

Most of our orders are dispatched with a courier who will make up to 2 attempts to deliver the goods. If you are unlikely to be present to sign for the parcel & would like it to be either left with a neighbour/or in a secure location please notify of this when placing the order. If the courier exceeds the total amount of attempted deliveries and the item is returned to us then the customer must withstand the costs to re-deliver the goods. Smaller items and parcels under 2kg are likely to be sent with Royal Mail; items that are sent tracked will require a signature on delivery – or will be left at the nearest Post Office.

Not all of our deliveries have tracking ability - however we have carefully sourced the best logistics companies to provide great value and service. Any shipments will be shown as dispatched from 'M3C Sports Supplied LTD'

Important Delivery Information

Returns:

As our website is designed for B2B purchases rather than B2C, it is important that you read all of our terms and conditions before purchasing.

Equipment / Non Clothing;

If you find that the product is unsuitable, please return the goods in its original condition (with all tags, packaging intact) within 14 days of receipt for either an exchange or refund. Unfortunately, delivery costs are not refundable (unless there is a fault on the item). To help assist your return please contact us on 01332 666 595 or email sales@eurosoccercompany.com and we can advise the best method of resolving any issues. Any re-stocking charges must also be withstood by the customer. Return of items will be at the customers cost and risk – we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind and security.

Harrod products

Returning any Harrod product will incur an admin fee due to the nature of the product. Please ensure you are definitely ordering the correct product before purchasing.

Non-Personalised Clothing;

Any item that has been ordered in from a branded supplier (All clothing) can be returned, however, the customer MUST withstand any restocking fees which may be charged by the supplier to take the item back. See individual product for item specific re-stocking fees. Minimum charges are usually £5 per garment and £10 per winter coat. We recommend all customers to order samples if they are unsure of sizing. As a large proportion of our goods are ordered in specifically for the customer it is not possible for us to re-stock items. Euro Soccer Company will try and assist the customer as much as possible in regards to product sizing – however, should there be any costs involved in returning the item the fees must be paid by the customer (including re-stocking & delivery). PLEASE NOTE: as the majority of our product is sourced from Europe re-stocking charges can be sizeable. Please contact us prior to ordering if you're unsure.

Personalised Clothing;

Euro Soccer Company CANNOT under normal circumstances accept any personalised items for a refund. This includes any printed items or embroidered garments.

Faulty items;

If you have had a problem with a product or any clothing – please contact us firstly 01332 666 595 or email sales@eurosoccercompany.com (with your invoice number and name).

You must notify of any faults WITHIN 30 days of receiving your order.

If you have purchased clothing and the garment has sustained a product within 6 MONTHS of use, then please contact us to see what we can do to help.

Euro Soccer Company will provide assistance throughout your order and if you do encounter problems – we have a dedicated team who will attempt to do the best they can to resolve such issues.
